Since the trip to the location is somewhat lengthy, I would advise giving each participant an itinerary outlining each stop, activity, and time. The people who reserved the opulent tents were unaware that they would be split off from the rest of the party. Perhaps this should be indicated when making an online reservation. Sleeping in the tents was uncomfortable due to how hot they were. Would recommend adding larger tent windows to allow for breeze.
