On arrival, the tour guide (and sole owner) told us to find our way to the hotel on our own. He was unaware the hotel he selected provided a free airport shuttle--he texted us to take an Uber. I found the free shuttle on their website, and told all the other attendees. The itinerary said we'd have a 'Welcome Dinner.' He drove us to a mall food court and left. An hour later he texted we had to find our own way back to the hotel. In a city none of us had been to. That was the welcome dinner. Every meal was awkward--two of them were at gas stations. One of the four 'free breakfast' was a granola bar. The itinerary had a day hiking at Tent Rock National Park. That park has been closed for a YEAR. Even a 30-second visit to the park's website would have revealed it.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
