- Shivram· August 17th, 2021Morocco is an amazing country, full of color, culture, and people. I was hesitant with COVID-19 (even though I was vaccinated in January 2021). However, the case rates were low in Morocco and the people were very accommodating. I did a 9-day custom tour from Casablanca-chefchaoun-Fez-Sahara-Marrakech and couple of other stops in between. My tour guide Ismail was truly a helpful professional guide who will always be a life long brother. HIGHLY recommend doing a tour (private or group), this is because, like everywhere, people on the streets will bother you, especially if foreign. I’m addition, always negotiate! Ismail and other tour guides were very helpful and knowledgeable.
