Irene· May 3rd, 2024Our trip to Morocco with MSDT was delayed due to Covid but well worth the wait. Three of us spent 13 days in this beautiful diverse country led by our amazing driver/guide Khalid. We spent our nights in Rabat, Chefchouen, Meknes, Fes, Midelt, Mezouga, Dades, Marrakesh and Oualidia and loved the drives from place to place- so much to see in this country! The local guides arranged by Hamid were very knowledgeable and we learned about their country from them. We especially enjoyed staying in the beautiful Riads, riding camels to our overnight stay in the desert, roaming the alleys of the Medinas, eating Berber Pizza and the peaceful sounds of the ocean at Oualidia. Morocco Sahara Desert Tours is a topnotch tour company, easy to work with and we highly recommend them. MSDT listened to what we wanted, and made it so easy to sit back and enjoy. We were well taken care of, and would enthusiastically recommend MSDT to our family and friends!Show more

The driver, Khalid, took the trip from GOOD to EXCELLENT through his willingness to look after our comfort and through his professionalism and knowledge of Moroccan culture. The highlighrs for me were Fez, the desert, and Essaouira.If I were to suggest some changes to the tour it would be to add a few extra days in Fez, Marrakech, and Essaouira so that people would have at least a day to explore the cities. Our driver was excellent, a very nice guy who was helpful, took us into refreshment stops that were clean and food safe, drove us safely around the many kms that we did and took care of all the parking, navigation etc. At times w3 had local guides who were very good and informative, and got a feel for what we would like to see and learn about. Our accommodation was very good, pools when we needed them ! The organisation was very good as we had no issues at all. Thanks MSDT! Hamid organized everything from start to finish and he was available every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns we have. The planning and organization throughout our trip was impeccable. Hamid even arranged airport drop off us for us even though we left 2 days after our tour ended. It's possible to upgrade to Luxury Camp to have private tente with private shower and private shwer; the extra to pay is 35€ Euro per person. Yes, you will have dinner and Berber Music at night in Sahara. You will also have an other dinner in Dades included.

Yes, It's possible to spend an extra night in Marrakech. You can bring the luggage you want, we have enough space on our vehicules. I have other customers but all of them opt to private tour. So, of you are a single traveller you will be alone on the tour with the driver. The tour will run on the date you want, no problem. Yes, the tour can start on 8th June as you want it. If you are single traveller you need to pay single suppliment mandatory. If you are a single traveller please let me know to till you the exact price.
