Arrival in Muscat
Your guide meets you at Muscat International Airport for a private transfer to your hotel. During the drive, you'll get your first look at how the city blends modern and traditional architecture. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to rest or check out whatever the hotel has to offer.

Muscat City Tour
The hotel arranges a pickup for a full morning of cultural exploration. You'll start at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque to see its Islamic architecture, then move on to the Royal Opera House. From there, the morning takes you through the traditional Mutrah Souq where vendors sell Omani silver and spices. A walk along the Mutrah Corniche follows, and you'll see the Al Alam Palace before heading back to your hotel by early afternoon.

Wadi Shab & Ras Al Hadd
After hotel pickup, you'll swim at the Bimmah Sinkhole in clear water. Later, it's off to Wadi Shab for hiking through the landscape, which takes about 40 minutes one way and 2.5 to 3 hours total round trip. The route includes hidden pools, waterfalls, and the famous keyhole passage leading to a cave. You'll grab lunch at Wadi Shab Village Restaurant, then drive to coastal Ras Al Hadd for dinner. An optional evening activity lets you join trained rangers to watch sea turtles during nesting season.

Sur to Wahiba Sands
Start your morning in Sur city exploring the traditional dhow-building yards and the Sur Maritime Museum, with an optional stop at the lighthouse for views. Next comes a scenic drive to Wadi Bani Khalid where you can swim in the azure pools and relax with the dramatic mountains as a backdrop. The afternoon transitions into Wahiba Sands desert where you'll do dune bashing or take a camel ride. By evening, you'll catch the desert sunset followed by a barbecue dinner under the stars, then settle in at a Bedouin-style desert camp for the night.

Your late morning starts in Nizwa, Oman's former capital. You'll explore the iconic Nizwa Fort with its massive 17th-century cylindrical tower and climb up for city views. The bustling Nizwa Souq comes next, where you can browse silver khanjars and local handicrafts. After that, check out the interactive Oman Across Ages Museum before driving to Jebel Akhdar. This mountainous region has a cool climate and terraced farms, and you'll stay overnight surrounded by the quiet mountain setting.

You'll head to Muscat International Airport for your onward journey, or continue to a Muscat hotel if you're extending your stay.
