However, we would like to clarify a few important points for the benefit of future travelers. Your guide, Aziz, is one of our most professional and well-reviewed team members. On the very same tour, your fellow travelers Héctor and Ana left a detailed 5-star review highlighting his excellent explanations, professionalism, flexibility, and care. They described this trip as one of their best travel experiences. Regarding the waiting times, it is important to note that this was a group tour. In group tours, all participants follow the same itinerary, and occasionally there are small differences in how much time each person wishes to spend at a site. While you preferred shorter visits, Héctor and Ana were more interested in exploring certain places in depth. Aziz accommodated these differences while making sure the schedule was respected as much as possible. We must stress that the waiting times were not “several hours” as described. At some locations, the extra time was around 30 minutes, not hours. Aziz never left guests waiting in the car without care — he regularly checked on everyone and managed the timing as fairly as possible. We fully understand that waiting can feel frustrating, especially if you were less interested in certain stops. At the same time, this is the nature of a shared group experience, where balance must be found between the interests of all travelers. For guests who prefer not to wait and would like to fully control the pace, we always recommend a private tour where the itinerary is tailored entirely to personal preference. We regret that your expectations did not align with the nature of a group tour, but we are glad that your fellow travelers had such a positive experience. We sincerely hope you will consider returning to Oman — and next time, we would be happy to arrange a private program so you can enjoy every moment at your own pace.
