Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive at Delhi Airport, the railway station, or bus terminal where someone meets you for the hotel transfer. After checking in, the day takes you through some of Delhi's most significant historical sites. Start at Raj Ghat to see where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, then head to the impressive Jama Masjid with its red sandstone architecture and sprawling courtyard. From there, walk through the Red Fort's massive walls and gates before wandering into the chaotic energy of Chandni Chowk bazaar, where you can browse shops or just soak in the atmosphere. Later in the afternoon you'll have free time to do more shopping or rest before heading back to your hotel for the evening.

Delhi
After breakfast, your final day covers Delhi's major landmarks and government areas. You'll see the Qutub Minar tower with its intricate carvings, then head to India Gate where locals hang out in the green space around the arch. Humayun's Tomb comes next, a beautiful garden tomb that influenced later Mughal architecture. The Lakshminarayan Temple offers a contrast with its colorful Hindu religious atmosphere. From there, you'll drive past the President's House and Parliament House to understand Delhi's government heart. Before departure, there's time to check out Connaught Place shopping center if you need last-minute items. Come evening, your transfer takes you to Delhi Airport or the railway station for your onward journey.
