- AJanet· October 30th, 2024I had a medical emergency during the tour. Paolo Naldi our tour manager went above and beyond trying to make me as comfortable as possible. He continued to follow up on my well being even after I had left the tour. He was very knowledgeable about Southern Italy and always available during the tour if we needed anything. Our favorite feature of the trip was all the allotted free time we had. Every day in every city we had hours to ourselves.
