The itinerary offered a perfect mix of adventure, cultural immersion, and relaxation. Although the Poás Volcano was closed for visitors during our trip, the other destinations like Monteverde Cloud Forest and Manuel Antonio more than made up for it. Activities such as kayaking, wildlife spotting, and soaking up the stunning beaches added to the magic of the journey. Our tour guide was simply brilliant. Angel was incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always available to help. She went above and beyond, especially when it came to arranging transport for those of us who joined optional activities. Her dedication and warmth truly enhanced the overall experience and left a lasting impression. The trip was well organised, making us able to see all the stunning locations in Costa Rica (waterfalls, volcanoes, beaches) but also allowing us time to rest and have free time to do what we wanted and explore the area. Our leader was attentive, really kind, helped us with the language barrier and communicated everything really well to the group. The driver was also great and I always felt safe on the tour. - DDave· May 10th, 2025If you can happily spot things in nature for a fortnight, you'll love this. If you look for other things as well, there isn't so much to find. What there was was really good, and it was mostly well organised and run. But the itinerary was a little lacking at times - some places visited didn't have a huge amount to offer, and nightlife was very limited. Perfect mix of activities and free time which meant we bonded so well with a group.
