Itinerary
- Day 1
Cusco
You'll land at Cusco airport where someone from Waman Adventures will be waiting with your nameplate. After the pickup, they'll take you to your hotel so you can settle in. Later in the afternoon, your tour guide meets with you to go over the itinerary details, talk through altitude acclimatization (important at this elevation), and give you some travel recommendations for the days ahead.

- Day 2
Chinchero - Moray - Salineras de Maras - Ollantaytambo
The day starts early with a hotel pickup heading into the Sacred Valley. You'll see Chinchero first, where you can check out the colorful market, Inca walls, and a colonial church, plus you'll participate in some Andean weaving activities with local artisans. After that, you head to Moray to see the famous circular terraces built by the Incas. From there, you'll go to Salineras de Maras where over 3,000 salt wells are still in use just like they were centuries ago. Later you'll drive to Ollantaytambo station to catch the train heading to Aguas Calientes for the night.

- Day 3
Machu Picchu
You'll get up very early and take the bus from Aguas Calientes up to Machu Picchu. Your guide leads a 2-hour tour through the Historical Sanctuary, pointing out the main structures and history. After that, you have time on your own to wander around and take photos at your own pace. By midday you'll head back down to Aguas Calientes for lunch. Then it's the train ride back to Ollantaytambo followed by a drive back to Cusco where you'll be dropped at your hotel.

Cusco
This morning is free so you can relax at your hotel or walk around Cusco on your own. In the afternoon, depending on when your flight leaves, you'll get a transfer to the airport for your departure to Lima.
