Asked on January 31st, 2024I would be travelling solo and am an airline employee so also flying on a space available / standby basis. Ideally I would come to Iceland a couple days early to be sure to be there for the start of the tour. Could you recommend a cheap place to stay? I am not a fussy person. Also I do not eat fish. Will this be a problem for the lunches included?

You would have to look independently if you wanted a different hotel. It's not a problem you would just need to update our portal with any dietary requirements so the tour leader can be aware and cater for you.

Yes, we can offer you pre-tour and post-tour accommodation. Pre/post-tour accommodation in Reykjavik - £180 per single and £210 per twin room per night. We can't arrange private transfers I'm afraid. A complementary ones are included if you arrive on the first or last day of the tour.
