First time visit to Vietnam, we did an 18 day tour. The communication and correspondence I had with Harley, before, during and after our trip was excellent. I felt that I could always reach out to her with whatever concerns I was having. She was especially helpful, Nothing was ever any trouble. She is a credit to the company, with her professionalism, her expertise on the tours. Her kindness and skills make her stand out from other companies. All transfers from airport to hotel were first class. The drivers were always waiting for us at the airport or at our hotel on time. They were always friendly and helpful. We always felt safe and comfortable. The vehicles were excellent. Our transport ran completely smoothly at all times. The tours were comprehensive and mostly with a small group. The guides spoke good English and had very good knowledge of each area.

We are a group of 4 independent travelers and don't usually use tour companies. However, for our 18 day Vietnam trip from North to South via train, we decided we needed some help with organisation. Ms Daphne was our travel consultant and she arranged tours to our particular requirements to Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa, Hue , Hoi An Nha Trang Bay and the Mekong. She also arranged our train tickets which took the worry of arranging these ourselves. The initial service was excellent and willingness to meet our needs. The tours and guides were beyond our expectations. Well done Ms Daphne and Crossing Vietnam Tour . Highly recommended

Harley from Crossing Vietnam Tour was excellent. Met us in Hanoi and when a flight change was going to cause an issue with a business meeting she went out of her way and worked until after 9pm to get us on another flight so we could still fly out at a similar time to what was previously planned. Everything ran smoothly with amazing accommodation at all locations in Hanoi, Sapa, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City. Incredible food, tours and people. First time in Vietnam and if we plan another trip to Vietnam then we will definitely pick Harley from Crossing Vietnam Tour as our first choice.

I enjoyed every minute of our trip to Vietnam – Lana planned a great itinerary and everything worked like clockwork. The tours were great and all the tour guides and airport transfers were punctual and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Lana, who was also very helpful in assisting with a visa problem. I loved Vietnam and would recommend Crossing Vietnam Tour to anyone. Thank you Lana for a great holiday!

We have been impressed by the quality of the services we received from Mr. Radley of Crossing Vietnam Tour . The planning was very good, taking into account our desired itinerary and constaints. In Vietnam, everything went smoothly, and we even could make some changes to the original program. We enjoyed all the hotels and tours that were provided. Once or twice, short delays happened, we contacted Mr. Radley and he took care of it right away. We recommend this company without hesitation.
