Asked on June 7th, 2025Planning on a private tour of Arctic explorer in late August 2026. The group size will be about 20. All aged 75+. Most would prefer vegetarian food. I see your quoted price doesn't include any meals. I would like to see types hotels and restaurants you may choose. Late August is preferred to get an opportunity to see the aurora. Can you provide a preliminary itinerary including the aurora sighting and candidate accommodation and choice of restaurants? You may extend the tour by a couple of days if needed.

You can find the entire tour itinerary and inclusions on the TourRadar website. Unfortunately, meals are not included in the tour we offer on TourRadar. Yes, there is a different rate for Solo traveler. Unfortunately, we haven't reached the minimum of guests to operate the tour on the requested date July 21. We do have a guaranteed departure on August 18, in case you are flexible with your travel plans.
