Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
You'll grab an early breakfast in Nairobi and then head out to Amboseli National Park. By lunchtime you're settling into your lodge or camp, and the afternoon opens up for a game drive. If the weather cooperates, you'll have Mount Kilimanjaro framing the horizon as you look for wildlife.

Amboseli National Park
This day is all about game drives from morning into the full afternoon across Amboseli's dusty terrain. You'll come across wildebeest, giraffes, gazelles, impala, and zebra scattered throughout, plus hundreds of elephants congregating around the marshes and swamps. Lions hang out on the marsh edges if you're fortunate, and the bird watching here is excellent with roughly 425 species recorded in the park.

Amboseli National Park to Nairobi
An early morning game drive gets things rolling before you head back for a later breakfast. After eating, you'll start the drive back toward Nairobi, arriving by late afternoon where you'll get dropped at your hotel or at the airport depending on your plans.
