I felt like I got an authentic taste of Thailand, but the best part of my trip was the people! My group got along right away with the help of our tour leaders, Jamie and Jonny! They were amazing at making everyone feel included and heard. Both of them cultivated a wonderful environment for each of us to feel like we could be ourselves while exploring Thailand. They each were equally professional and fun! Never felt unsafe at any point during our travels. If you can take a trip with either Jamie or Jonny, DO IT!! Asked on February 17th, 2025I am wondering about transportation after this trip. I understand the tour will end in the Phi Phi islands, and I will need to return to Bangkok. Is booking return travel an option? How long does the return trip take?

We don't include the transfer back to Bangkok once the trip ends in Phi Phi, however we are more than happy to help with this. You will need to book a short domestic flight from either Phuket or Krabi back to Bangkok on Day 9. Then to get to either of these 2 airports you'll need to jump on a ferry from Phi Phi, However don't worry about booking this prior to the trip as your group leader will be more than happy to help you arrange this! When booking the flight from Phuket/Krabi back to Bangkok, be sure not to book this any earlier than 2pm as you need to allow yourself time to get from Phi Phi.

It says you can pick me up at the airport, but is there a time when they will pick me up? For example, most flights come in at 5am. Would I be picked up at 5am or would I have to wait at the airport? The package also says nothing about departure. Would we be expected to find our own way to the airport? Is there a specific time we need to check out by?

We will pick you up anytime on Day 1 from the airport and take you straight to the hotel. Arriving at 5am isn't a problem at all! Just to make you aware though that check in time is from 2pm so you would have a couple of options.. - Drop your bags off at the hotel and go for a wander/bite to eat until your room is ready at 2pm. - Add 1 pre-tour accommodation with us. This is £25 per person per night in a shared twin room and this would mean you could check into your room straight away once you arrive. We don't include transfer back to the airport once the trip has finished, however your group leader will be more than happy to help you with this while on the trip.
