It seemed really organized online and it also seemed that everything was explained very well so I felt comfortable paying for this company. It did take a while communication wise to clarify just a few things but they did get back to me. I wasn’t sure I’d have a Sim card so I wanted to clarify everything before I got there. They okayed me to be picked up at the airport in fact it was listed in the itineraries something they could do. I realized the Airbnb that I booked after the tour was very close so I asked if they can drop me off. They never seem to get back to me on it so I figured that wasn’t happening as they said the bus was too large. Two days before they say it’s impossible for them to pick me up. I am now left trying to figure out how to get to this random hotel they decided was the new pick up spot with no cash to pay a taxi at the last minute. In fact I purposely didn’t take any cash out because I thought I was getting picked up. Now they don’t want to deal with me because I am upset. But I paid $800 5 months ago and now I find myself stranded in a country that I was planning to leave to get to them. And now in one day I have to find a place to live in the in the meantime to get home and cancel my flight which is not refundable from Romania. I don’t recommend them. They will blame you but in the end I have screenshots of my very clear communication to them.
