The room had wires exiting the ceiling with no smoke detectors installed. Poor hotel customer service. Hotel had an amazing rooftop breakfast area which was off limits the rest of the day and evening. Unfortunate. Bus tour to Acropolis had a guide, George, who was short tempered and rude who ruined the experience. The ferry tour to three islands was well done. Overall not great value. - PNPamela· May 15th, 2023The Astor hotel was in an excellent location and the rooftop had a tremendous view of the Acropolis during breakfast. However, the hotel was under construction so there was no cafe or hotel lobby large enough to do anything besides check in/out. The rooftop was closed after breakfast so we could not enjoy the view of the Acropolis at night.The rooms are small. The staff was very good.
