Rei was great. Some other guideswere not so good (not all). We had a lot of Spaniards on the trip. The English speakers were split onto separate busses and the majority of the guides from Spain too. The guides appeared to dominate in Spanish.

The tour guides, David in particular were excellent. They made the trip for me. His knowledge and passion for the history and culture of Japan was incredibly infectious. Just fabulous and made for an extremely enjoyable trip. The food provided was also a highlight

We just returned to Australia from our combined stay and tour package. The tour was great, we got to see many of the popular sites and the accomodation was always comfortable and clean. Hiroshima Hilton was a highlight. David-San and Kiko-San were very knowledgeable guides and overall the transport, accommodation, fees and experiences meant a good balance of expense with comfort. Cough Etiquette and mask wearing for coughing passengers could be further spruiked as there were many unwell people on our tour, which lead to my travel buddies and myself becoming unwell at the end of our trip.

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten June 2025

The services provided by Europamundo Vacations are land-based and operated using coaches or private vehicles, depending on the product purchased. Most travel segments are carried out on highways or express roads, generally covering stages of 3 to 6 hours, although some stages may last 8 to 9 hours. The comfort features of our coaches adhere to standard tourist coach specifications, including: panoramic windows, climate control and air conditioning, DVD player, PA system, reclining seats, individual reading lights, armrests, and trays for small hand luggage, among others. The free Wi-Fi service (30 MB/day/device) is subject to availability depending on the destination country and the unit assigned. Our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair-access ramps. Coach seats are standard and cannot be reserved, nor is there a formal seat rotation system. Not all of our coaches have onboard toilets. When available, toilets may operate on a paid-access system to allow moderate use and minimize inconveniences (odors, emptying, and cleaning challenges). Regular stops at service areas are scheduled for restroom use.
