Itinerary
- Day 1
Port to Chefchaouen
Starting with a port pickup, you'll drive through the Rif Mountains toward Tetouan with dramatic scenery all around. The landscape shifts as you head into Chefchaouen, where blue-washed buildings line narrow streets and red-tiled roofs dot the hillsides. You'll reach this mountain village by afternoon and settle into your Riad or hotel for the night, taking in panoramic views from your room.

Volubilis - Meknes - Fes
After breakfast, the drive takes you through Wazan and other Rif villages on the way to Volubilis. There you'll walk through Roman ruins and see what made this archaeological site significant in Morocco's history. Then it's on to Meknes for lunch and a look around the medina and Bab el Mansour gate. You'll reach Fes by evening for your overnight stay.

Fes
Starting with breakfast at your Riad, you'll spend the day exploring Fes on foot with a guide leading you through the Royal Palace area and into the Jewish quarter from the sixteenth century. You'll see Al Qaraouine University, the Tanneries, and other key historical spots including Mulay Idriss Mausoleum. After lunch, there's time at the tiles cooperative followed by a break with views across the entire medina from a high vantage point.

Fes to Merzouga
From Fes, you're heading to Merzouga through Errachidia and Erfoud, passing the Tiz Ntalghamt pass and Ziz Gorge with views toward the High Atlas plateau. The landscape gradually opens up as desert terrain becomes visible. Lunch happens in Errachidia with time to experience Berber hospitality. You'll continue through the Ziz Valley with photo stops, and by afternoon you're in Merzouga having mint tea before a camel ride into the dunes for the night at a desert camp with Berber music.

Head out early to catch sunrise from the Sahara dunes before riding your camel back for breakfast and a shower. Then the route takes you through the Saghro Mountains with a short walk through Todra Gorge before arriving in Dades Valley for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After breakfast, you'll travel through Dades Valley and the Rose Valley toward Ouarzazate on the route known for 'The Thousand Kasbahs,' offering plenty of photo opportunities. The Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou comes into view along the way. Then you'll cross the High Atlas Mountains with panoramic views and Berber villages appearing frequently before reaching Marrakech later in the day.

Marrakech
This morning starts with breakfast at your Riad before exploring Marrakech's main historical sites including Majorelle Gardens, Koutoubia Tower, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace. You'll grab lunch near the main square and then walk through the souks to see handicrafts from local sellers. The afternoon is free, letting you wander other neighborhoods on your own.
