- MJMalcolm· October 13th, 2023Our dtivers and guides were excellent and knowledgeable. Because of the travel, we felt rushed at Pompeii and 2 hours instead on 1 and a half hours would be much better to get the photos and the feel of Pompeii. Our guide gave excellent information. We didn't get a lunch break - the hotel stopped lunch at 3pm so we just made it to that , but others missed out and walked into town along a road with no footpath. We almost missed our tour of ancient Naples because I didn't have the right communication system. We were thankful Tour radar got in touch with me via email and by phoning the hotel. The meeting point had also been changed. I think it needs to be clearer as to the communication system between admin and clients. Our guide for Capri was double booked so we wasted a lot of time waiting for him. He took us to a restaurant, offered us tickets to purchase for the chair lift and told us to ask for Luigi to get back down the hill. As we didn't get the tour, we feel we should get some compensation. should be gShow moreTrip date: October 2023

- GLORIANN· July 14th, 2019Accommodation in Amalfi was not a 4 star standard. Would have been useful to know that ppl on tour change depending on type of tour package selected. No activities included in amalfi which should be.Show moreDestination Italia commented on this reviewDear Glorian, many thanks for your frank review. - AAnonymous· July 1st, 2019Sorrento was beautiful and I would love to go back there. The hotel was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Minori and it was okay. We were about 2-3 blocks from the ocean so the view from the room was not anything special.Show moreTrip date: June 2019
- VYVincent Yogo· June 11th, 2019Overall, the tour was great, just a few things that the company might be able to modify to make it a perfect tour. 1. Waiting time in Pompeii was too long to go to Amalfi and back to Rome. To reduce the waiting time while waiting for the transport to Amalfi, the tourradar should extend the visit time inside the Pompeii ruins instead of us waiting bored in the resting area. The same thing from Amalfi, we should get a later pick-up time and spend more time in Amalfi instead of us waiting bored in Pompeii resting area. 2. Positano is a beautiful town, unfortunately, we only allowed to stay for 2 hours. We thought we will be arriving at the hotel late but, we have plenty of time that we wished, we could've spent it at Positano instead. 3. Our hotel at Minori was nice but, we thought we will get somewhere in the Amalfi town instead of the next town. Luckily the local transport is nearby so we managed to go around Amalfi and Ravello with no issue. But the hotel (Villa Romana), even though was nice, you can hear when people talking on the hallway. One guess had to shout 'shut up' because it was too loud. 4. The pick-up driver from Amalfi to Pompeii was a bit rude and he didn't want to turn the seats facing forward. We felt sorry for the other 3 passengers that had to face backward (even though it's a Mercedez van, but the road was a bit zigzag) Overall it was a lovely tour.Show moreTrip date: April 2019
