About rate, it is the one the system shows you when you select your dates and assign 1 traveller to a single room occupancy. I tried to do it and it balance a total of 1,149EUR, you can just go ahead and book selecting the date and choosing the accommodation.

Indeed this adventure is continuously on activities however I can see that you have a free afternoon on Seville day so maybe you can use it to have the Flamenco experience. As we can not add that extra activity I recommend you can book it on your own. It is very important to note that we can not guaranty schedules with any extra activities you have will fit, and this is on your own responsibility.
