- GGenard· October 1st, 2025Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishIt was incredible. The various guides were extraordinary and really looked after us. And a lot of hard work on the organization, bravo to them. Some small changes, but always in the right direction for us. Example: hotel upgrade without tomorrow, being in a very small group etc...really thank you for everything!Show moreTrip date: September 2025

- VVero· January 20th, 2025I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the safari, as the guide John was exceptional. He introduced us to a variety of wildlife. Accommodation was good. I would recommend one to upgrade their hotel. Our group consisted of nine visitors in the jeep. The only challenge we faced was that half of the group were from Belarus and struggled to match the pace of their drinking; nonetheless, they certainly contributed to making this a memorable trip.Show more

Georgia· November 20th, 2024I had a horrible experience with this untrustworthy tour company. The safari planner was very unreliable, left me waiting for him for two hours in Nairobi. The tent in the Masai Mara camp was the most horrible place I've stayed in. In general they told me lots of lies, changed the program and stressed me so I had a disappointing experience. Don't trust them, you'll be sorry for your time and money.Show moreTrip date: November 2024- RCRoberta· October 11th, 2024The tour operator is untrustworthy. The safari planner was the worst person I ever met. He stressed us to change our plan and forced us to have a private tour in Masai Mara and sleep in a very cheap hotel while we payed for having an accommodation upgrade. Lots of lies: finally I cannot even stand his presence. We paid for a safari balloon but they didn't booked and invented that the safari balloon was cancelled due to weather conditions. What can I add more?Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- RRRam· October 4th, 2024I just completed the 6 day Kenya safari tour and enjoyed it thoroughly. The TourRadar planner Mr. Walter Omondi was with our group for the entire duration to ensure that everything went per plan. He met before the safari started to explain what to expect and get the park fees paid. As can be expected in a developing country, when plans changed and rain and flooding affected access to Lake Nakuru, he quickly found other items to do so we don't lose time. I very much appreciate the experience and will definitely look to TourRadar for our next vacation booking.Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- MFMichaela· July 22nd, 2024Scam! Scam! Scam! I was told to bring cash for the parks. I labelled each park and had them in envelopes. At the end of the tour I expressed that I was not happy due to not going to the 2 of the paid parks $96. I met with Mundo to sort it out. Funny enough they don't deal with refunds in cash. I had to give another $10 sent via what ever banking they deal with to get my refund, I trusted I would receive my $106 and even tipped mundo $20 for his time!! I would not book with these again. I had given them a year and warned Mundo before this bad post.Show moreTrip date: July 2023

Asked on November 9th, 2025Could you confirm the process if we wanted to book a hot air balloon ride? Would we book through you or the company? Could you also confirm the cost of upgrading to mid range for the trip in July?
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written November 2025For additional activities, such as a hot-air balloon safari and a visit to a Masai Village, you will receive guidance on how to book and pay for them. Regarding the hotel upgrade, a mid-luxury hotel will incur an additional charge of $115 per night. Therefore, if your safari stay of 6 days, 5 nights, the total cost for the mid-luxury hotel upgrade in July will amount to $575 per person.

Asked on November 1st, 2025We are a group of 4 and look forward for a 6 days safari experience in Kenya followed by an escape to Zanzibar. First, about the costs including everything. Second, I would like to ask about any preparation from our side; do you recommend us to get vaccination before our visit for the safari?
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written November 2025The cost for the Safari will be $599 per individual, in addition to a Masai village visit and park entrance fees of $380. The TOTAL expense for the safari will be $979 for each person (including all park entrance fees and taxes). This includes all meals, animal game drives, accommodation in all parks, a free night in a Nairobi hotel, and transportation/transfers.

Asked on October 7th, 2025I'm wondering if there's a minimum age requirement for safari tours. We're hoping to plan a trip for next year, are there any group discounts available? We're primarily looking to book for two adults and three children, but if the pricing works out, we may plan a larger trip as a family gift.
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written October 2025The most favorable prices can be secured based on your travel schedule. To achieve the best rates, it is advisable to plan your trip between January and June. These months are considered the low season, during which we may provide you with excellent and budget-friendly prices suitable for the entire family safari in Kenya. During this period, the parks are less crowded with tourists, making it an ideal time to travel with a child.

Asked on October 1st, 2025Is there a single supplement fee? I would like sleeping accommodations by myself. On the drives, what do we travel in? Are we in Jeeps? What is your typical group size?
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written October 2025Our group tours accommodate 9 people in the Jeep. We can verify the days of Jeep departure so that you may join a group. We can assure you of the use of a 4x4 group jeep (9 people sharing) and guarantee a private room during the safari.

Traveler•Written September 2025I see in the tour that it says 70 passengers. For the safari, I guess it is less people right? Can you confirm.
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written September 2025The safari is limited to a group of only 9 people. NOT 70 people. Each group participating in the safari consists of 9 people.

Traveler•Written September 2025I see several activities listed as optional in Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara evening drive. Can you provide details on what's truly included in the listed price.
- B
Barry
Traveler•Written September 2025As far as park entrance fees you listed $60 twice for Amboseli, is this accurate?
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written September 2025Oh sorry, I was referring to Lake Nakuru Park and not Amboseli on two occasions. For each entry into the Kenyan Parks, the following entrance fees will be paid by each person: -Masai Mara $200, -Amboseli $60, -Lake Naivasha $75, -Lake Nakuru $60. Optional activities imply that if the group chooses to engage, you may also join in on them, so it's not a must to include on tour.
- B
Barry
Traveler•Written September 2025Is it one entry for each park? It would be great to have a grand total cost for the tour.
- B
Barry
Traveler•Written September 2025The Masai Mara evening drive says optional. Would that be 200 plus other 200 next day?
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written September 2025Park entry fees are on entry; however, you may choose to forgo this charge. It's optional. Given that you have a complete day of game drives in Masai Mara, this duration will be enough for you to observe all the wildlife and explore all the attractions in Masai Mara PARK.

Barry
Traveler•Written September 2025Is yellow vaccine REQUIRED to entry Kenya from Tanzania?
Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written September 2025To enter Kenya from any border, a yellow fever vaccination is not necessary.

Bonvoyage Kenya SafarisOperator•Written September 2025Given that you have an elderly Dad, I would recommend spending the safari in Kenya. The Masai Mara offers opportunities to see the Big Five animals as well as the wildebeest migrations, and I would suggest including it in your travel plans.
