  I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the safari, as the guide John was exceptional. He introduced us to a variety of wildlife. Accommodation was good. I would recommend one to upgrade their hotel. Our group consisted of nine visitors in the jeep. The only challenge we faced was that half of the group were from Belarus and struggled to match the pace of their drinking; nonetheless, they certainly contributed to making this a memorable trip.

  I had a horrible experience with this untrustworthy tour company. The safari planner was very unreliable, left me waiting for him for two hours in Nairobi. The tent in the Masai Mara camp was the most horrible place I've stayed in. In general they told me lots of lies, changed the program and stressed me so I had a disappointing experience. Don't trust them, you'll be sorry for your time and money.

  The tour operator is untrustworthy. The safari planner was the worst person I ever met. He stressed us to change our plan and forced us to have a private tour in Masai Mara and sleep in a very cheap hotel while we payed for having an accommodation upgrade. Lots of lies: finally I cannot even stand his presence. We paid for a safari balloon but they didn't booked and invented that the safari balloon was cancelled due to weather conditions. What can I add more?

  I just completed the 6 day Kenya safari tour and enjoyed it thoroughly. The TourRadar planner Mr. Walter Omondi was with our group for the entire duration to ensure that everything went per plan. He met before the safari started to explain what to expect and get the park fees paid. As can be expected in a developing country, when plans changed and rain and flooding affected access to Lake Nakuru, he quickly found other items to do so we don't lose time. I very much appreciate the experience and will definitely look to TourRadar for our next vacation booking.

  Scam! Scam! Scam! I was told to bring cash for the parks. I labelled each park and had them in envelopes. At the end of the tour I expressed that I was not happy due to not going to the 2 of the paid parks $96. I met with Mundo to sort it out. Funny enough they don't deal with refunds in cash. I had to give another $10 sent via what ever banking they deal with to get my refund, I trusted I would receive my $106 and even tipped mundo $20 for his time!! I would not book with these again. I had given them a year and warned Mundo before this bad post.
