However, there is a bitter aftertaste due to the lack of transparency in the pricing and ticket charges. When you have arrived, they meet you on the first day and talk to you about all entrance fees and that the Kenyan government has increased gate prices. Thet scribble on a piece of paper not much clear and then gives a total figure in US $ with a link to make immediate payment by credit card. You will get a receipt, but they won't give you a breakdown of the gate prices. When the tour is started. They keep cutting & chopping the itinerary without giving you notice. This is because they transfer you to different vehicles different groups. This is done on the roadside. Sometimes you get shortchanged on your tours. Will never recommend the tour operator. Tour Rada has a responsibility to ensure that these types of operators must be honest as these tours are advertised in the Tourrada platform. They make us change our flight because they did not organiz correctly the trip. They make you pay all the entrance fees (if you can do not) even if you don't go. And for the refund you need to go in a battle. Also , they always make you pay for more things don't follow what is write in the optional only. Entrance fees, other parks,... The landscapes were stunning, from the sweeping savannahs to the towering mountains. Our guide was excellent, providing us with interesting facts and stories about the animals we encountered. The camping accommodations were also top-notch, with spacious tents and comfortable beds. Our group comprises eight people traveling in a 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser Jeep. The entrance fee for Kenyan adults is Kshs. 3000, while the fee for children is Kshs. 1000. Eight other tourists will accompany them during the safari. September marks the peak season in Kenya; therefore, it is advisable to reserve your tour promptly to ensure availability of jeeps and the best hotel accommodations.
