Asked on June 7th, 2025Is there a time period that we should arrive at the airport and depart the airport or do you operate 24/7? And just checking that the airport I should arrive at has airport code GIG. When you ride the cable car up to Sugarloaf Mountain do you spend time at both Urca and Pao de Acucar hills to admire the view and if so approximately how much time at each? When you stop at the Metropolitan Cathedral do we get to go into it? Do we get to climb the Selaron Staircase, even part way? Do we get to walk around the jungle at all and the botanical garden on day 3? Lastly, do you have a tour that would take me to a futbol match at the Maracana stadium and if so what dates are the matches held?
Signature DMCOperator•Written June 2025We operate 24/7 for transfers. The international airport is Galeão – Tom Jobim (GIG). The tour usually makes a brief stop at both Urca and Sugarloaf hills. The visit to Sugarloaf typically takes a minimum of 2 hours. The Metropolitan Cathedral and Sambadrome are included as stops. The Cathedral includes an interior visit. The Selarón Steps are also visited, with time for a short walk and photos. The visit to the Botanical Garden and Tijuca Forest includes walking along trails and some viewpoint stops. We do not sell tours that include football match tickets.

I would like to spend an extra 2 nights in Rio which would be the nights of the 26th and the 27th of July, 2025, with a ride back to the airport on July 28th, 2025. Would you let me know the difference in pricing for the extra 2 nights in the hotel and how I would pay for those extra 2 nights? Will I have to pay the Hotel California a resort fee directly to the hotel when there?

It's suitable for solo travelers, and except for the transfers, you will have your excursion in shared service. Regarding the Hotel, it will be the Windsor California or similar... Once it's booked, we will let you know which one it is.
