From the moment we were met in Cusco by our guides and support team, we knew this was going to be something special, not just a hike, but a deeply moving, flawlessly orchestrated journey through history, nature, and culture. Every detail had been thought of. Our guides were knowledgeable, full of warmth and humor, weaving stories of Incan engineering, ancient rituals, and mountain legends into each day’s trek.   This was one of the hardest challenges I have personally faced and TreXperience made the journey so much easier. The Chef, Sous chef, Head Porter and Porter gang themselves were absolutely incredible. Highly recommend hiking the Inka Trail to Machu Pichu with this company. Food was incredible and plentiful (Big Thanks to "Alejandro" and "Bruno") Dan "The Legend" Tour guide was knowledgeable and funny, a brilliant guide to have with many stories and motivational speeches. Guide Assistant "Rayo" was always cheerful and trying his best to keep people moving and motivated for the long walks (at your own pace as well, not pressured once). Everything was explained day in and day out with no confusion and all in all it was a great experience. The Porters carried all additional personal belongings, clothes and extras in the duffle bags as well as all the food and necessary camp gear that make the journey easier, its amazing what they do. Massive thanks to them and Head Porter "Alfredo". So big, big thank you for this comapny for making this happen!!!

It would be necessary to implement a regular cleaning, supervision and maintenance service to guarantee minimum hygienic and dignified conditions for all hikers and workers.   Big shout out to Trexperience, I don’t know if they ever had a customer as confused as me, I must have changed my mind 20+ times during the booking process over which tour I wanted, what dates would work and what equipment I needed as well as with my travel arrangements even after the trek was completed. They remained patient and kind throughout and accommodated all my needs. The trek was exactly what I was looking for. Tour guide Manolo is so deep and passionate he truly brought the mountains alive for me as well as steering us clear of the crowds and ensuring we had the best experience possible. Tour guide Meliton was an angel, taking beautiful care of the whole group throughout, what a treat to be woken in the morning with a coffee poured by Meliton. Head porter Toro always had the warmest smile for us, the whole porter operation was clearly on point. And our chef Celso and sous chef Juanita -I don’t know how they were able to produce such luxurious feasts everyday that were clearly cooked with love, just amazing. Overall, it was simply a privilege to be looked after so well on this once-in-a-lifetime experience, thank you so much Trexperience!

His knowledge of Inca history and personal stories made every step of the journey engaging and memorable. Raynoldo’s encouragement and positivity kept the group motivated, especially during the tougher sections of the trail while giving attention to the ones who were struggling the most. The organization, amazing food, and overall attention to detail exceeded my expectations from the porters and chefs.
