  The Annapurna circuit trek was incredible. Our guide Raju (pics attached) made it so special- he was the best guide ever. Nima our porter was also excellent, very kind always putting us first. We felt very well looked after. A couple of days in I fell ill ,but Raju put my needs at the forefront. He made sure I was safe at all times, constantly checking my oxygen levels and breathing, I felt very safe. In his supply’s he had some medication which cleared the illness. If it wasn’t for Raju’s preparation I don’t think I would have been able to finish the trek- I am so grateful The views and trekking routes were spot on. Raju was very knowledgable telling us about the mountains but also giving us space to walk together- he had the perfect balance. The guest houses were excellent, much better than I had expected with a private room at all of the locations. Excellent food options too, 3 large meals a day, we weren’t going to go hungry! Everything you need is included. Breathtaking, well organised, the best guide. Nepal is an incredible country. A trip of a lifetime. Thank you Raju, Nima & Unique Travels.   I went solo in low season (Jan) and it was amazing!!!!!! It was cold at night, but i had the trail and all of the lodges to myself. That's how I like it. Hike your own hike, but it's you prefer a more solitary experience, this is the time to do it. Also, blue skies the entire time!!! Maybe I got lucky?!?! I did 12 days that included Poon Hill and Anapurna Base Camp. Killer!!!!! Ramesh was my guide and he was the best! He really knows his stuff took care of everything. Such a great person too. I had been wanting to do this for 20 years and I was not disappointed. Seriously the trip of a lifetime. This outfit was recommended to me by word-of-mouth, and I'm telling everyone who will listen to come to Nepal and get into the mountains with these guys!!!!!

  I'm so grateful for the wonderful experience I had on this trip. It was a hard-earned vacation, and meeting DEV as our guide on the Annapurna Circuit made the time truly worthwhile. DEV is an exceptionally knowledgeable and considerate guide, always prioritizing my comfort and carefully planning every step of our journey to ensure our success.   The Annapurna Base Camp trek is an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves trekking and wants to witness the beauty of the Himalayan mountains. This trek takes you on a journey through lush forests, picturesque villages, and rugged terrain, all the way up to the stunning Annapurna Base Camp. The trek itself is a bit challenging, but the rewards are well worth it. The scenery is simply breathtaking, with snow-capped peaks, crystal-clear rivers, and colorful rhododendron forests. The local culture is also fascinating, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to interact with the friendly Nepali people and learn about their traditions. One of the highlights of the Annapurna Base Camp trek is reaching the base camp itself, which is situated at an altitude of 4,130 meters. From here, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, including Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre (also known as Fishtail). In terms of logistics, Unique Adventure International, a reputable company with experienced guides and porters, helped me organise the trek in an excellent manner. I can only thank Krishna, the organiser at Unique Adventure, for the excellent support provided, being available 24/7 for all my questions, and for his attention to detail. My guide, Sudan, and porter, Durga, were very helpful and did also an excellent job. Having a knowledgeable and experienced guide is essential for trekking in the Himalayas, as they can provide insights into the local culture, geography, and weather. A porter is also essential to carry the heavy equipment and supplies, allowing you to focus on the trekking experience. Overall, the Annapurna Base Camp trek was an unforgettable experience for me that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves adventure and wants to witness the beauty of the Himalayas.   We had the most amazing experience trekking the route to ABC. We experienced sun, rain and snow across valleys, mountains, farms and waterfalls! We were looked after very well by unique adventures and specifically our lovely guide Ruplal. Ruplal was so attentive, caring and funny. We felt in good hands. His guide in training Manoj was great too. It was really nice getting to know them and learning about their family’s and life from both Buddhist and Hindu sides. I would definitely recommend the trip and company, seeing the mountains up close is fairytale magic! ..the hours of walking up and down steep steps are quickly forgotten.
