Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Athens to Nafplion

    You'll leave Athens and make a quick stop at Isthmos before heading to Epidavros to see the ancient theatre. From there, you'll travel through Lygourio where you can grab lunch, then visit the Mycenae Archaeological site and its museum. By evening you'll reach Nafplion to explore Palamidi castle and take a walk before dinner and your overnight stay.

  2. Day 2

    Nafplion to Monemvasia

    Start early with a walk through Nafplion's narrow streets, then head out toward Monemvasia via Argos. You'll pass through Paralio Astros and Leonidion, stopping at Elona monastery along the way. After lunch in Plaka, you'll continue through Fokianos, Kyparissi, and Gerakas before arriving in Monemvasia to explore the medieval town. Dinner and overnight stay are included.

Lunch happens in Sparta, and after that you'll continue to Gytheion for a walk along the central coastal road with views toward the isle of Kranae. The day ends in Areopolis with dinner and overnight stay.

    Head to Cape Tainaron (Matapan) for a 35-minute walk to the symbolic cliff edge overlooking the sea. Then you'll go to Porto Kayo beach for lunch, followed by a visit to the traditional village of Vatheia. After exploring the Diros caves, you'll return to Areopolis for dinner and overnight stay.

The price in this case is 40% more than the advertised price. Please let me know some more things about you (age, interests, pace of travel) in order to make more sophisticated suggestions. You will need to stay at least 2 days in Athens, especially if this is your first time in Greece.
