We felt like we saw and did so much more than we would have planning the trip by ourselves. We had such unique experiences- the lunch at the organic farm in Sienna, visiting the blue grotto in Capri etc etc. our tour guide Anna-Maria was the very BEST! The food was very delicious at the hotels also. Our only suggestions would be to try and improve communication. Some information was avaialble only through the app, some on email and some on line. Would be good to have one central location for communication. Also to move some of the tours earlier in the day when it's so hot outside.
