The only thing that would have made this better is to have more time in Florence. The Tuscany tour while very good is 13 hours and take whole day not leaving much time to explore Florence. - KMKatherine· September 22nd, 2023Don’t do it! Take your time and book your own hotels, trains and day tours. The hotels we were put in were cheap, and it showed (with the exception of Hotel Charlton in Venice). The hotels were in run down areas near the train station but away from all the sight seeing. Cost way too much in taxis to get everywhere especially in Rome and Sorrento. Our Colosseum tour was booked at 3pm during the hottest time of day and to change the time would have cost us more money. Definitely could have saved money and had better hotels by doing it myself. Also Tour Radar diverts all issues to Flag Travel Holidays who has yet to respond to issues we had almost a week ago (hotel had no power and no hot water the first day). Took lots of calling to get vouchers and didn’t get our train tickets until 2 days before we left. Unprofessional, unacceptable and wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone.
