Ajay and the team took care of me and helped me in every way from arriving in KTM to the trek and beyond. The guide, Diwas, was very professional and easy going, a real problem-solver. Even though it was just him and I along the trek I never felt lonely. Diwas provided excellent company along the partly challenging route. Ajay and his team are always available to make your experience memorable. We booked several day trips with them in Kathmandu valley as well as a 10 day trek to the Annapurna base Camp. His package for the Trek was competitive and quite clear on exclusions and inclusions. We had a fantastic time with our porter and guide Chandra (best guide ever!!!!!). As two women travelling alone in Nepal safety was a priority and all team always made sure we were very safe. We also received from our guides a very good deep dive into the history and culture of Nepal. The explanations were always of high quality. The owner Ajay is a young and very promising individual who does not hesitate to proactively ask feedback from his guests in order to improve its service. I think because of that the travel agency has good days ahead. I warmly recommend you to book with them as I will do in a few years when i return to Nepal.
