If I had to say one thing that I would like to have seen improved would be the lack of communication about the trip in the few days prior. The company was excellent in responding to any questions I had but was not proactive . The excitement about the trip came on a travel day so it was not received at a convenient time. That being said, I would do another tour with this company.Show more

Our guide Chloe provided lots of historical, geographic, and cultural information through running commentary during our drives and at each of our stops. Her delivery was delightful and spirited, and she responded to our many questions with enthusiasm. At times the road noise made hearing her difficult, but Chloe turned up the volume when we let her know. We are in our 70's and were concerned about slowing the group down, but Chloe was able to accommodate me without impairing the others. The accommodations were quite comfortable and the breakfast yummy. I especially liked exploring the various old castles. He pointed out the numerous sites used in the TV show Outlander, as well as Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, and Highlander. Murray, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and funny - we particularly liked his stories about where certain sayings had come from - all Scottish, of course!. We felt we had long enough at all the stops because we had a lot to fit in and it would have been sad to have missed any of them. We saw some absolutely spectacular landscape and some fantatsic historical sites. The B and B provided in Inverness was good and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. Our only small criticicm would be that the lunch stop on the second day could have been more inspired. However, we understand that the whole tour had to be re-jigged due to a big accident on day 1. We actually won't be going until May 22 & 23rd of 2026. You currently don't show those date available. But I wanted to assure your company could accommodate him prior to that time.

Asked on April 7th, 2025I would like to take this 2 day Outlander tour prior to my other trip. Either May 22, 2026 or May 21st, 2026. Your dates are not allowing me to check that far in advance. Therefore I don't Know if this will be available or I need to search for other similar tours.

I prefer a small group and only want to stay in a hotel with a consigere who can book my tours. I do not want to go from hotel to hotel. I also want to shop and do art museums. Although, with mobility for our tours, there are 1/2 steps that leads in and out of the bus that passengers will need to be able to access independently.
