Itinerary
- Day 1BarcelonaYou'll arrive in Barcelona and get settled into your accommodation. Spend the afternoon at your own pace, maybe wandering along Las Ramblas or checking out the Mediterranean-side streets. Later this evening, you'll join your Travel Director and group for dinner at Mescladis, a social enterprise that supports victims of social exclusion. After dinner, you'll take an evening drive to see Barcelona's iconic sights from a different perspective. - Meals

- Day 2BarcelonaStarting with a Local Specialist, you'll see the exterior of Sagrada Familia and walk through Passeig de Gràcia to check out Gaudí's other creations. The Eixample district shows off some really nice Modernist architecture that's worth your time. From there, the rest of the day is yours to explore Spanish culture and try the local food. If you're interested, there's an optional trip to Montserrat to visit the shrine of the Black Madonna, though that's entirely your choice. - Meals

- Day 3Barcelona to MadridYou'll travel through the valleys and pastures of Aragón toward Madrid, stopping in Zaragoza for lunch along the way. After lunch, you'll continue on to Spain's capital. By evening you'll arrive in Madrid and have the night to yourself to check out the vibrant nightlife or just relax however you'd like. - Meals

The afternoon and evening are free, so you can visit the Royal Palace, stroll through Buen Retiro Park, or just explore the city on your own. - Meals

- Day 5Madrid to Toledo to SevilleYou'll head south to Toledo for a walking tour with your Local Specialist. Inside the Church of Santo Tomé you'll see an El Greco masterpiece, and you'll walk through the former synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca. Later you'll continue to Seville, arriving in the evening. Then comes a Be My Guest experience at Hacienda San Felipe, where you'll meet Carolina and Miguel, explore their historic estate and stables, and have homemade dinner with a tasting of their own olive oil. - Meals
