Asked on January 25th, 2024How old are the travelers who go on the trip? I'm thinking about doing a hiking trip in Nepal in February or March. I want to know how challenging the trip is. I definitely don't want to just sit in a bus all the time, I prefer walking in the fresh air. I am 55 years old.

The Everest Base Camp Trek would be an excellent choice if you prefer more walking and minimal bus travel. This trek involves a flight to and from the starting point. The temperatures can be cooler, around 4-5 degrees Celsius at night and early morning, but during the day, it generally ranges from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, we recommend easier treks like Mardi Himal Trek or Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, which offer beautiful scenery with easier trails.
