- Day 1
Cairo
Your representative meets you at Cairo International Airport and helps you through customs and baggage claim. A private air-conditioned vehicle takes you to your hotel in the city. Depending on when you arrive, you'll have time to relax, take in the views from your room, or have a welcome drink while your guide fills you in on travel tips and what to expect over the next two weeks.

Cairo

After seafood lunch at a local spot, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is next before checking into your Alexandria hotel for the night.

- Day 4
Alexandria to Cairo to Aswan
You start with breakfast and then explore Al Montazah Palace Gardens, a former royal retreat with nice green spaces and Mediterranean views. Your vehicle takes you back to Cairo with a lunch break along the way. After freshening up at your hotel, you'll head to Cairo railway station to board an overnight sleeper train heading south to Aswan, with dinner served in your private cabin.

Aswan
The sleeper train wakes you with breakfast as you arrive in Aswan. Nile Cruise to Luxor
Luxor comes into view from your cruise. After breakfast, your Egyptologist guide takes you to Luxor's East Bank to see Karnak Temple Complex, the biggest religious structure ever built, with towering columns and sacred lakes. From there, you'll visit Luxor Temple with its beautiful golden morning light, then walk the Avenue of Sphinxes learning about ancient kingship. Lunch is on the cruise or at a local café with free time afterward.

Next comes the Temple of Hatshepsut, carved into the Deir el-Bahari cliffs and built for Egypt's famous female pharaoh. The towering Colossi of Memnon get photographed on the way back. After freshening up, you'll board an overnight sleeper train to Cairo with dinner served as you travel.

Lunch happens at a traditional café, and you'll return to your hotel to rest before the final evening.
