What people love about touring Norway solo
- Magical Fjord Adventure
This trip was a great trip for me as it was my first time traveling alone. It was a great mix of independent time and guided group tours and meals. Luis was a wonderful person to have along the way as a support. He was friendly and kind, and interesting to talk to. The only recommendation I would make would be more clear instructions for transportation from and to the airport on arrival and departure. I had to figure out my own way leaving the airport when I arrived on Oslo and upon leaving Bergen to return home. After traveling for about 24 hours, when I arrived I felt on my own to figure out how to get to the hotel in Oslo. Leaving Bergen I had to make my own taxi arrangements, since it was about 4am. Otherwise, the trip was a great mix of city life and smaller villages to visit. The transportation via train and ferries was a great way to see the countryside and nature of beautiful Norway. I will definitely look into other trips through TourRadar in the future.
- Norway Fjords and Northern Lights (From November 2025)
The trip to Norway was amazing! We were blessed with (mostly) sunny weather, soaked up the gorgeous scenery on hikes and even enjoyed multiple nights of northern lights! And our tour guide Ri was definitely the icing on the cake! She was so approachable, knowledgeable and just made the trip that much more fun for all of us! Really appreciate all the things she took care of for us behind the scenes to make the trip so smooth.
