You’re absolutely right that facilities in Nepal can be quite basic compared to Bhutan or Tibet, and we appreciate your understanding of this. I’m very sorry that the Jinting Hotel didn’t meet expectations. The situation was indeed unusual — since the Friendship Bridge in Gyirong was damaged by floods in July, all travelers have been entering and exiting through the Zhangmu border instead. This has caused an unexpected surge in accommodation demand, and unfortunately, the hotel arrangements were affected. Once again, thank you for choosing to travel with us. It means a lot to know that this journey left such strong impressions — and we’ll make sure to use your comments to further improve our future services.Jenny
