    Dear Autumn, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. As communicated regarding the solo traveler fee, a refund was to be issued if another group joined your tour. Since we had anticipated additional participants and all parties had agreed on this arrangement, the refund has already been processed and sent to you. With regard to pickup times, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. While our schedules are sometimes subject to last-minute operational changes beyond our control, we understand how this inconsistency may have caused inconvenience. We have already shared this feedback with our operations team and partners to ensure corrective measures are taken and to avoid similar issues for future travelers. We truly value your feedback and regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. While we understand your decision, we sincerely hope to regain your trust and have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under much better circumstances.
