Show moreTrip date: December 2024 - CGChantel· January 29th, 2023I do not recommend booking through Across Africa Tours. The communication and organisation was woeful from day one. Firstly, the messages through TourRadar were painful. Next, the timing of our first days activities was incorrect so we missed out on the lunch and afternoon game drive, they told us they would pick us up at 8:45am and be there in time. Rather, we were woken up at 6:30am and told they were ready to go already. We left at 8:45am the original time but didn’t arrive to the reserve until 4pm. So clearly, the timing of the drive is incorrect. They also organised our final transfer but never gave us a voucher for us to claim it, therefore we were left at the airport to arrange our own transport to the hotel. I can not fault the service from Thornhill Safari Lodge, Shearwater Falls Hotel or our lovely guides Hilmar and Kim. We had amazing guides on the safaris as well. They were all very professional and lovely and we had wonderful food and rooms. Asked on June 27th, 2024I am confused what travel is included with this tour: Kruger & Victoria Falls 6 Days 5 Nights 6 days from Maputo to Cape Town. Do you include the travel from Maputo to Kruger and then to Victoria Falls and from the Falls to Cape Town?

We include pick-up from the port of Maputo to Kruger and the onward journey. You will need to purchase flights to Victoria Falls from Nelspruit airport in Kruger on day 4, and another ticket to Cape Town on the last day from Victoria Falls. All flights are not included and will be at your own expense, which can be purchased directly from the airline.
