Amazing , Anazing ! 10 day tour with Tour Altinkum through Tour Radar Exceptionally well organised, with communication through WhatsApp. Different guides at different tour locations made it interesting. We wanted to change our date for the hot air balloon ride to ensure no cancellation and it was done immediately. Turkey was a very memorable experience and mainly thanks to not only the tours but the excellent choice of the hotels and their location . Thank you so much Tour Altinkum

My husband and I joined the tour Turkish Breeze from 6-15 October 2024. We appreciate the coordination of the trip getting us from place to place, and are well satisfied by the accommodation choices. Breakfast at each of the hotels were splendid, except for Efe boutique where basics were offered. We are however puzzled how the tour itinerary could change without consulting us. For example, the itinerary listed Mevlana museum and Kursunlu waterfall but we did not get to visit it, and there was no explanation why. Instead of a full day of activity, we were taken to Duden waterfall (just a short drive from our hotel), lunch and that was all. I asked our guide Ali "What about Kursunlu?", to which he just shrugged it off, saying something like "It's just another waterfall". We are disappointed we did not get to see it. Looking at the maps now and on hindsight, Kursunlu isn't that far away from our hotel and I don't see why they couldn't bring us there especially since we had so much time that day (we were given so much time to stroll by Duden waterfall and we were brought to sit on an unstimulating 1h leisure boat ride along the coast of Antalya, when I'd much rather go for Kursunlu waterfall). On another note, we felt like our guide couldn't wait to be done with the tour. Our time at Ephasus (2h) and Hierapolis (pummakale, just over 2h) was too hurried. We enjoyed having Barish as our guide for our first day around the city of Istanbul. He's very knowledgeable and gave a lot of information of the various attractions/sites we visited. I'm glad I decided to opt out of the Topkapi palace tour, as I suspected it would be too rushed to spend just 1.5h or so in that big place to really appreciate everyhing. 2nd tour guide Ana was sweet but we were abandoned for a period of 20mins or so during the bosphorus cruise as she fell asleep while taking a smoke break.

Great Tour overall. Lots of sites covered. The first 2 days in Istanbul was a bit of disappointment because of the tour guide Barish. He spent lots of time in a mosques where no entrance fees were required but only 1 hour in Topkapi palace where was a substantial entrance fee. Our second tour guide Ana at the spice bazar was good but she was not attentive enough to sort out the miss information about our lunch. She left us in the middle of the street an told us to go back to our hotel. We had to call Tour Altinkum who corrected the situation. The rest of the tour was excellent thanks to our tour guide who was with us from Cappadocia Efe. His knowledge of history and Greek mythology made a highlight of the trip and he was helpful in every way. Our hotel in Cappadocia was the best and the hotel in Antalya was the worst as far as buffet lunch there. I wish they would not do it at all.

Took the full 10 day tour with my wife including istanbul, izmir, Pamukkale, Antalya and cappadocia. Cannot thank them enough. Incredibly well organized and professional. We even booked the night before the tour started and they set up everything for you so you don't have to think. The guides are as knowledgeable as anyone can hope for. Tour guide in Izmir was especially excellent, telling me about fake coins, coming up with solutions for bugs, getting my money back on a bad drink, etc. Overall, they go out of their way to accommodate your situation best they can and it's not easy to organize these complex trips with multiple planes, etc. The reviews here were right: if you want a thought-free trip, these guys are the way to go. Only feedback is timing at each place. Everything is incredibly tight so be prepared to not spend as much time in certain places as you wish. Definitely be ready to be always moving. It feels like there's never a chance to breathe from all the activities and travel. I would recommend spacing certain things out ESPECIALLY Pammakule waterfalls which is arguably everyone's favorite thing. Felt like I got 30 min to be there, which is not right to the guests But overally, it's hard to plan a cross country tour for everyone, and they do an amazing job taking you safely step by step through a lovely vacation. You will totally unwind your brain with them.

The tour was perfect. As a woman traveling alone, I was met by the van pickup personnel and tour guide staff in a timely manner. I felt very safe at all times. The tours were very informative and interesting. I had some time to explore on my own and enjoyed wondering on my own. An excellent tour to see Turkiye as a first time visitor.

Does this tour have the option to take the air balloon in Capaddoccia? How much would that be, if that is the case? Does this tour include all the tickets to the different attractions mentioned like the Haga Sofia, cruise in the Bosphorus? will transportation to the airport on the last day be included?

One more question, how much more would it be to add travel back to Istanbul on the last day?

    • Tour Altinkum TravelOperatorWritten September 2025

You may book your flight ticket from Izmir to Istanbul yourself, or, if you prefer, we can book it for you. The price will be 150 USD per person, including the transfer from Ku\u015fadas\u0131 to Izmir Airport. Our service will end at Istanbul Airport.

3 more questions: 1. Is it possible to buy the Turkish museum pass that includes most of the attractions that will be visiting rather than paying for each museum? 2. So is the cruise in the bosphorus included in the price of the tour? this question was not answered before... 3. If we get the air tickets from Izmir to Istanbul what would be the time of the flight in the morning?

    • Tour Altinkum TravelOperatorWritten September 2025

Yes, the Bosphorus cruise ticket is included. As noted in the "Excluded" section, admission tickets, beverages during lunch, personal expenses, and tips are not included in the price. You may purchase the Museum Pass; however, please note it is not valid for Hagia Sophia or the House of the Virgin Mary. You may choose your flight time — morning, noon, afternoon, or evening — and let us know, or you may book it yourself directly.

We can add an extra person to this tour. Please let us know if they prefer to stay in a single room or share a triple room with your group. This tour offers two different hotel categories: Silver and Gold Packages. The hotels can be upgraded to Gold Package Hotels for an additional $420 per person in a double room.

How long before the tour starts can I add people? If someone needs a room a couple of days or one day before the beginning of the tour on May 5th, can you assist with that? What would those additional costs be?

    • Tour Altinkum TravelOperatorWritten March 2025

Adding an extra person at the last minute depends entirely on hotel availability. It will be better to add a person minimum 3-4 days before the tour starts. The additional cost will be similar to the single accommodation price ($1,598 per person).

Any chance of any discounts for Turkish breeze 10 day in April

    Price / Availability
    • Tour Altinkum TravelOperatorWritten November 2024

There does not appear to be a discount planned for April for the Turkish Breeze tour. The prices currently on sale for 2025 are the prices of 2024, and plans are being considered to update (increase) the prices around mid-December. If you are thinking of making a reservation, I recommend that you make your reservation within 1 week.
