What people love about Christmas & New Year Tours in Italy
- Mamma Mia! - 13 Days/12 Nights
Just finishing up one of the best holidays of my life! We wanted to see Rome, Amalfi Coast, Cinque Terre/Pisa, Florence and Venice so booked the Mamma Mia tour and it was perfect! The tour had flexibility to do our own things as well as the security of an organized tour with someone helping us along the way. Excellent customer service from the office as well as the guides! Accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient locations to sights. Special thanks to Sasa and Veronica! You were both amazing! :)
- Classical Italy
This short tour gave us a comprehensive introduction to Rome, Florence and Venice. Gaby along with the local tour guides was wonderful and well informed. After sightseeing all day, I found the hotels and their breakfast acceptable though qualitywise they more likely compare to motels than hotels. My only critique was the wording of itinerary, as it was difficult for me to plan my free time in Italy before I arrived to Europe. In Rome, it mentions "visiting Baths of Caracalla, Lateran church" but this is more of a scenic drive by. We did visit Vatican, Colliseum, had a nice view of forum from Palatine hill, Pantheon as advertised. In Florence, we did not visit the palace vecchio or duomo, we just walked by it. I would suggest clarifying the wording of itinerary so we can plan out free time accordingly prior arrival.
- Milan, Venice, Florence, Rome: essential (3* hotels) low carbon tour by train
The plan was perfect for each city that we visited on the list. The hotels were very good and the package offered the right attractions at each city . What could be improved is adding an extra day at Rome
