Arrangements generally very good, except for one airport pickup at Phu Quoc due to power failure. However, tour appeared quite disjointed, as it was not a distinct tour with the same group of people. Rather, it was more of an individual itinerary. Prague Hotel had a number of issues (language, restaurant, room). Mai Spa had some problems with internet, but staff very helpful. I
- Perfect Thailand in 13 Days - Private Tour
It's a fantastic tour, superbly planned and covering the most exciting experiences. It combines some days in the capital, Hanoi, with relaxing countryside, cruise and plenty of leisure time on the beaches well as in-depth insight into the history and culture of the country. It's unbelievable that all this is packed in mere 8 days. Throughout the journey we always felt secure and well looked after, all the departure times etc. were known in advance, the guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and the hosts were just incredible! On the day when we were scheduled to go to Co To Island there were no boats due to rough weather conditions, and Realistic Asia (Sviet Travel) acted promptly, allocating us to a hotel, arranging all the transfers etc. within a mere half hour! We are really impressed. It's our first experience is Vietnam, and by no means the last one. We look forward to coming back very soon.
- Amazing Thailand In 9 Days
We were very happy with the program. Thanks to Realistic Asia, we were able to thoroughly enjoy our visit to Bangkok, Chiangmai, and Phuket. The people in charge of our program were very responsive and flexible, replying to my questions and requests even late at night or early in the morning. The hotel in Chiangmai was changed at the last minute, and it could have been better but the other two hotels were great. The local guides were generally very good, very resourceful and friendly, although some had a heavy accent and were difficult to understand, or were rather quiet and didn't say much.
