Arrival in Bangkok
You'll arrive at Suvarnabhumi International Airport where someone will meet you and drive you to your hotel in downtown Bangkok. The ride takes about 45 minutes in an air-conditioned vehicle, so you'll have time to settle in and get your bearings after your journey.

Damnern Saduak Floating Market
This morning you head out on a half-day tour to Damnern Saduak Floating Market, which sits about 100 km southwest of Bangkok. You'll browse for souvenirs, try some Thai snacks, and see how local people actually live and work on the water. The group stays small at 8 people maximum, and your expert guide handles everything plus the ride back to your hotel.

Bangkok to Chiang Mai
After breakfast you check out and head to Bangkok's domestic terminal for a short flight north to Chiang Mai. When you land, a vehicle will take you to your hotel where you can relax and spend the rest of the day settling in at your own pace.

Chiang Chill Elephant Sanctuary
You drive 1.5 hours from Chiang Mai to reach the Chiang Chill Elephant Sanctuary, a place that lets you see elephants without supporting exploitation. A local guide walks with you through the forest to watch the elephants behave naturally, then you help prepare their food. You'll have vegetarian Thai lunch on an observation deck, check out the nearby Karen Cultural Centre to learn about Karen traditions, and sit in on a discussion about elephant conservation efforts.

Chiang Mai to Phuket
After breakfast you pack up and head to Chiang Mai Airport for a two-hour flight down to Phuket. Once you arrive, transportation takes you to your hotel where you'll have the afternoon and evening free to unwind and get comfortable in your new place.

Phang Nga Bay Bioluminescence & Sea Canoeing
In the afternoon and evening you get out on the water in Phang Nga Bay for sea canoeing and bioluminescence viewing. You'll paddle around Phanak Island and Hong Island by canoe, passing rock formations and discovering hidden lagoons. Dinner happens at James Bond Island right around sunset, then later you head back out to see the bioluminescent plankton that glow as they move through the water.

Departure from Phuket
After breakfast you leave your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle headed for Phuket International Airport, which is about 32 kilometers to the north. The drive itself takes roughly an hour, and the driver will drop you at the departure hall so you're all set for your flight.
