It's essential to clarify that this delay was entirely beyond the control of Peregrine Treks. The Chinese Embassy's processing time caused the delay, not our tour operator. Despite this unforeseen circumstance, Peregrine Treks handled the situation with utmost professionalism and communicated effectively with all travelers. Due to the visa delay, we spent an additional 5 nights in Pokhara, which turned out to be an unexpected delight. We spent 5 delightful nights in Pokhara, enjoying sightseeing and short hikes that left us with unforgettable memories. The team at the company was extremely professional, handling all arrangements efficiently despite the short notice. Pradip, deserves special praise for his exceptional customer service. He skillfully managed the complaints from some of our fellow travelers, helping them understand the actual situation.
