Our cancellation policy is below: Cancellation: Should the client wish to cancel, cancellation charges will be imposed. These are calculated from the day of written or verbal notification is received. a) 120 and more days before the tour start date – Refund of all money paid minus a $300 non-refundable deposit. b) Less than 120 days before the tour start date – No refunds or changes. We always recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance in case the unexpected occurs and you need to cancel your trip.

On this trip, we have up to 12 travelers. so if you were to book 8 spots on a regular tour, then you'd be with potentially up to 4 other travelers. Another option is to make it a private trip and then we can customize your trip according to your needs as well and you'd have the main villa to yourselves. All rooms do have their own attached bathroom yes and all bedrooms rooms are air-conditioned. The dates for the regular trips in September are: - September 16 - September 25, 2024 - September 26 - October 5, 2024

Asked on May 21st, 2023Do we have to make our own flight arrangements? Where do we fly out of on day 10? And how do we get transferred to the airport? On the free days, 7-9, do we pay to go to the choices that were suggested or are they included in the tour & we just choose one? What is the name of the villa we would be staying at? I would like to see more pictures of it. I would like to read reviews before I put money down but every time I click on reviews it takes me to the dates of the tours. How can I see the reviews?

1.) Yes, you do. Flights are not included in the trip cost and up to the traveler to arrange. 2.) You can fly out of wherever you want. Most do Rome (FCO) as they have the best flights back to the US. Your trip host will help you arrange a taxi or book train tickets at the villa (not included in the trip cost). 3.) You would pay. They are not included in the trip cost. 4.) They are on our website which TourRadar will not let me send. The name is villa Bacco. 5.) The reviews are on our website, but again, TourRadar will not let me send it to you.
