Thanks to UME Travel’s amazing arrangements, every city we visited came with a warm welcome from our local guides. We enjoyed so many fantastic experiences — making sushi, dressing up for a kimono tea ceremony, trying out ninja costumes, and of course, Tokyo Disneyland, which our kids completely fell in love with! The endless street food was another highlight — we ate so much every day we could barely walk. Our hotels were fantastic too. Since we were traveling with 6 kids, Amber made sure we always had family rooms or connecting rooms, all super spacious and comfortable. Amber from UME Travel did an outstanding job organizing everything for us. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was scheduled and her and the team coordinated every detail perfectly. The tour guides (Kyle, Gary, and Shuo) were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Kyle delivered an item on our last day to our hotel that was left at a restaurant on a previous tour. His service and professionalism was exceptional! He always went above and beyond to ensure our family was well taken care of. Gary kept our itinerary on schedule. Shuo made sure our last day at Universal Studios was organized and stayed to ensure we made it back to the hotel after a long day. We loved traveling with them. Asked on February 9th, 2025We would like to book the family tour but are having some trouble with the accommodation portion. If it is possible to have one queen bed and one single bed that would work. Alternatively having an extra mattress would be okay. My son is 10 years old and will need a full sized single bed mattress.

LtdOperator•Written February 2025In Japan, a double room is normally very small at around 16-19 m² which is not able to add 1 more extra bed, but the twin bed is usually bigger than double bed which is about 20-25 m². For your family, do you think we can arrange either a twin bed + 1 extra bed or a triple room with 3 singe beds for you?

Our tour will be a private tour, there's no other person join your group. but during the Disney Land tour, there will have many other kids in the park.

Regarding your question about the transfer between cities:
1. On day 5 you will take a private Alfa car from Tokyo to Fuji Mountain and stay overnight,
2. On day 6 you will take a private transfer from Fuji Mountain to the Odawara train station and experience the Shinkansen/Bulklet train from Odawara to Osaka. overnight in Osaka.
3. On day 7, you will do a full-day tour from Osaka to Kyoto and Nara, overnight in Osaka.
