- KKermanon· September 26th, 2025Bruce & Yukiko were great, amazing services from both of them❤️👍 Hotel is fine but I wished my husband & I can stay in 1 bed but it was small for 2 people. Also, I wished we stayed in the Universal studios hotel for a few days to spend at least 3 days there with the full fast pass & 2 days in the world fair even it would cost us more. Staying so long in the city is not really necessary, same as the farm houses tour & others. We decided to skipped the castle since the kids were tired. But overall was good since we’re able to spend time with both kids. 1 day in world fair & Universal studios were not enough. We wanted a custom iternary to visit all the theme parks (Sanrio, Disney, Universal, and Legoland) and activities that were fun for kids (Pokemon Centre, anime stores, and science centre). We worked with Amber and UME to plan the trip April 2025 and went on our trip August 2025. It was nice to have people experienced in Japan help us out and that removed the stress of planning, logistics, and transportation. The private transportation was especially nice with young kids and we could take as long as we wanted at the places we chose. Our trip happened during the Air Canada strike and our flight was delayed by 3 days. Thankfully, Amber allowed us to shift our schedule and changed our flight pickup for free. That helped put out minds at ease during that unexpected strike. During the trip, we used WhatsApp with an e-sim card provided by UME so we could always communicate with the driver, tour guide, and Amber. If you want a stress free custom experience in Japan, I would highly recommend booking though UME and with Amber.Show more

Asked on February 9th, 2025We would like to book the family tour but are having some trouble with the accommodation portion. If it is possible to have one queen bed and one single bed that would work. Alternatively having an extra mattress would be okay. My son is 10 years old and will need a full sized single bed mattress.

In Japan, a double room is normally very small at around 16-19 m² which is not able to add 1 more extra bed, but the twin bed is usually bigger than double bed which is about 20-25 m². For your family, do you think we can arrange either a twin bed + 1 extra bed or a triple room with 3 singe beds for you?

Regarding your question about the transfer between cities:
1. On day 5 you will take a private Alfa car from Tokyo to Fuji Mountain and stay overnight,
2. On day 6 you will take a private transfer from Fuji Mountain to the Odawara train station and experience the Shinkansen/Bulklet train from Odawara to Osaka. overnight in Osaka.
3. On day 7, you will do a full-day tour from Osaka to Kyoto and Nara, overnight in Osaka.
