Allison· December 2nd, 2021The tour company and Tour Radar aren't on the same page which led to several headaches in planning the trip. Then once we had finally set the details and sorted the payment process, they let us know that whether the covid-19 postponement credit applied was up to the tour company. The tour company did not honor the credit and attempted to keep our nearly $4,000 for no service provided. Luckily, the bank agreed that wasn't proper. The risk is real working with basically a middle man who cannot guarantee quality of service or in our case any service at all.Show more

We want to see Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Galilee, Nazareth, Haifa, Tiberias, Masada, Dead Sea, and Akko. We do not want to visit museums. I have ambulatory problems and understand that wheelchairs are available in Jerusalem if needed. What do you suggest for time here? Also maybe one night in Jordan or 2? We want to visit Cairo, see the City, Markets, Pyramid, and Sphynx. We are not interested in a ride down the Nile or museums. Do you have deals with any airline? Do you arrange visas? Do we pay for all meals?

1. 4* accommodation upgrade costs 90$ per person per night. 2. Jerusalem and Bethlehem are included. Nazareth, Galilee, Haifa, Caesarea, Acre, Masada and Dead Sea are additional tour days. 3. Wheelchairs not available at all sites. 4. Jordan overnight at Petra hotel costs 210$. 5. Cairo program includes 2 nights, 1 full day trip with Pyramids, Sphinx, Market. 6. We arrange visas for Jordan and Egypt. Meals include some lunches and bed and breakfast.

I don't want to book a single room so I can save money. How does it work? Is the flight included right? How much weight am I allow to take on the trip? Are meals included?

We provide private accommodation only, so if you book for 1 person, we can't share the room between you and another traveler that is not related to your reservation. This tour included a domestic flight from Tel Aviv to Eilat. The meals included: breakfasts on the days that included accommodation, and lunch on the touring days.

If travelers make 1 reservation for 3 people it will be a triple room, last day of the tour is the transfer day, travelers need to send us their flight details and the transfer will arrange accordingly, there is no tour program on the last day.

tour on the first day starts from the traveler's hotel, the pre-tour night and airport transfer are not included, but the traveler can add them on the booking page or we can add it to the offer manually, on the first day of the tour we cant pick up for the tour from airport, it's from hotels only, tour start from Tel Aviv and ends in Cairo. There is 1 flight from Tel Aviv to Eilat city in this tour, the flight around 1 hour. This is a group tour, so travelers will be with the guide in Jordan, and after the tour program ends travelers continue to the next point of the route.
