Itinerary
- Day 1
Kenai to Mountain Base Camp
Start the day at the Kenai flight office for check-in and preparation around 9:00am. From there, you'll board a floatplane for approximately 45 minutes, heading to the mountain zone. Once you land, settle into base camp and spend the afternoon hiking around the area with lunch either in the tundra or back at camp. Dinner happens at base camp in the evening, followed by optional activities like more hiking or mountain games if you're up for it.

Coffee gets going at 6:15am, then breakfast in the gathering tent between 7 and 8am. The day is yours for hiking and exploring, with options like alpine ridge hiking, peak bagging, and longer routes through the terrain. Lunch happens in the tundra or at base camp depending on where you're exploring. Back at camp for dinner and evening activities. This same rhythm continues each day, letting you discover different trails and mountain areas as you go.

Grab lunch at base camp after you're done, then it's time to break everything down and pack up all the gear. By 4:00pm, you'll be boarding the floatplane for the return flight back to the mainland.
