Online· August 22nd, 2022Very good tour operator in Vietnam!!! We were very impressed with the professional way in which Legend Travel Group organised our trip. They took care of everything. Transfers were arranged, we got our information on time, activities were engaging and on several occasions we had wonderful guides (Victor in Ho Chi Minh City is an experience all on his own). Legend travel made our stay in Vietnam more memorable and credits must go to Tony in Hanoi who really went the extra mile for us and everyone in our party. It would have been a five star review if the communication had been flawless. We and several other members in our group experienced difficulties booking optional activities. Mr. Danny in the head office was difficult to communicate with even though he was listed as the person to contact. Requests on Skype were read poorly and when we came to an agreement, we found out it still wasn't planned. This flaw was easily remedied by asking Tony in the hotel directly.
