Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi to Sapa
You'll leave Hanoi early morning on a sleeper bus heading toward Sapa, with stops in Lao Cai to stretch and rest. After arriving in Sapa, grab lunch featuring local Vietnamese food before starting your trek. The path takes you through rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream, leading to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. From there, continue on to Ta Van village where you'll stay with a Dzay family at their homestay. The evening lets you help with dinner preparation and walk around to experience mountain life as the sun sets, getting a feel for how people live in this area.

Sapa to Hanoi
Your homestay family prepares breakfast to start the day, then you'll trek through rice paddies with chances to take photos of the landscape around you. Walk into a bamboo forest and reach Giang Ta Chai village, where the Red Dzao people live. After crossing Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road, a bus picks you up to head back to Sapa Town. You'll have time to shower at the hotel and eat lunch before the afternoon is yours to relax. Later, you'll board the sleeper bus back to Hanoi with comfort breaks along the way, arriving at the bus station around 20:30.
