Here are some of the things he did that made the trip terrific. Within about 5 minutes he knew who we all were (19 of us) and where we were from. It was clear he had studied in advance. He was exceptionally well organised; he always reminded us of the plan for the next day, where we would be, what the weather report was, what to bring, and challenges ahead. And he repeated the information to be sure we all had it!
